About Alex

Alex Weisz is a certified coach, career strategist, and former BigLaw attorney who helps lawyers succeed in high-pressure environments, navigate complex career transitions, and lead with greater clarity and impact.


Alex has coached attorneys across Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 corporate legal departments, partnering with associates, counsel, and partners on growth that's both strategic and sustainable.

Coaching Qualifications

Alex holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, with over 500 hours of coaching experience.  She is a Certified Professional Coach, having completed her ICF-accredited coach training through the highly-regarded Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) training program. Alex is also certified as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).

Prior Work Experience

Alex began her legal career as a private funds associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York before serving in an executive human resources and operations leadership role.

Education

Alex earned her B.A. from Harvard University and her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. 

Background

Alex is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and of Hispanic heritage.
