I'm Alex Weisz.

My Mission

My mission as a certified coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values. I believe that everyone has the potential to create positive change in their lives, and I'm passionate about supporting you on your journey towards personal growth and transformation.

My Background

Throughout my career - from Harvard graduate to Big Law private equity attorney to real estate professional to certified coach (see more details here) - one thing has always stayed true: my passion for empowering others to reach their full potential. I draw on all of these experiences, as well as my comprehensive ICF-accredited training as a coach, to support my clients on their transformational journeys. I identify as a Hispanic and proud member of the LGBTQIA community, and I especially enjoy serving individuals of diverse identities and backgrounds.

DEGREES

I graduated from Harvard University with a B.S. in Philosophy and went on to earn my law degree from University of Pennsylvania Law School. I'm a certified life coach, having trained with IPEC (Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching). I'm also certified as an ELI-MP (Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner).

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

Prior to coaching, I served as Vice President of Human Resources and Property Management at RPW Group, Inc. Before that, I worked as a private equity attorney at the global law firm Weil, Gotshal and Manges.

VOLUNTEER

I serve as a volunteer for Mission Be, a non-profit that provides mindfulness-based social and emotional learning to help children thrive academically and beyond. It offers programs directly in schools and trains educators to bring mindfulness practices into their classrooms.
